Hello from the USA!
I have hosted many international students. I have a furnished bedroom with bed,dresser, desk,closet include sheets,pillow,blanket. Close to major companies,Google, Apple,Cisco. From home is a 3 minute walk to bus stop to go to DeAnza College, Mission College, San Jose State University and San Jose City College. Can walk to Target , food store, restaurants.
