My husband & I have 2 children, we have been hosting students for the past 6 years, and have truly enjoyed it.
We have 1 room available for $900.00 a month or $1,300 for 2 students to share the room. The room has a bed, desk with a shared full bathroom that is available now.
Our home is 15 min. by bus to UCSB (3 miles)
