I am a native speaker and can help with ESL and speaking English. I understand and speak some Spanish and French. My house is very close to bus service to UCLA, SMC, WLA College, Mount St. Mary and a 15 min train ride to USC. If you drive a car, there is an available parking space and we are also close to the 405 and 10 freeways, You are welcome to use the kitchen, washer and dryer, barbeque. Self service breakfast is included. Bathroom is shared with another student. There is a hair dryer. I am close to the beaches, Westwood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, easy access to downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood and about ten minutes from the Los Angeles Airport. Here in Culver City we have many movie studios, wonderful restaurants with food from many countries, movie theaters and shopping centers. We have many park areas and the one closest to my home is a block away and has a swimming pool, baseball diamonds, basketball courts and tennis courts and soccer fields. Fitness studios are a short 5 minute walk away. I am friendly and I have enjoyed hosting students in my home for 5 years. Some former students are attending UC schools and USC.
