Hi! We welcome you to California! Our home is in a quiet neighborhood of Orange County near major shopping, the University of Irvine, Orange Coast College, Language schools, Disneyland, and major highways and freeways 405 & 55. The room includes internet, a small refrigerator, a microwave, an electric tea kettle, and a TV with Apple TV and Netflix. Our backyard has a koi pond, BBQ, fire pit, and lots of room for relaxing. You can park your car in front of the house. I am a retired professional photographer, and my husband is a safety officer. We like to spend time with our family, go to movies, dine out, travel, visit museums, and go to amusement parks. I have taught ESL in the past and would be happy to help you with your English. I enjoy showing students our town. I speak some Japanese, but it is basic level. The bedrooms are private; however, the bathroom is shared with one other guest. You are welcome to use the laundry and cook your meals in the kitchen. I hope you will become a part of our family, not just a renter but a real part of the family. Julie
