Hi my husband and I have hosted students from all over the world for many years we have fabulous sea views from our home which is so near all what you need ..eg colleges ,university, library beaches parks town centre train and bus service all within walking of the town centre . My house is on 3 floors which has a bathroom on each floor and several bedroom large to accommodate single and doubles
