My wife and I have hosted international students for over seven years and have enjoyed learning about other cultures. The house is 3.7 miles to Santa Barbara City College, 3.0 miles to ELS Language School, 2.5 miles to EF International Language Center, 3.7 miles to Kaplan International School and 7.9 miles to UCSB. Located in a safe, quite, residential neighborhood. We currently have two room available ($800. each) furnished, with own closet and a desk. We do not have any pets, cigarette smoking is allowed outside ONLY, no Marijuana/other drug nor excessive drinking is allowed. Close to the beach and downtown amenities. If you have a car there is on street parking if not its a 5-8 minute walk to the bus stop. Utilities are included. Meals are not included. Students that have enjoyed living here were mature, independent, self motivated and have enjoyed interacting and the privacy of a peaceful atmosphere.
