We are a family of a writer, a photographer and a musician who look for roommates for four funny and colorful bedrooms. Our house is located in Santiago de Surco; a nice and quiet residential district of Lima, near the center of Miraflores, main avenues, parks and other comercial areas. Our bedrooms are all furnished and consist of one single bedroom with a private bathroom, and three single rooms. There are also common areas that all guests can use freely: a living room, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a dining room, a kitchen, a TV room, a house library and a garden. The prices for the rooms range from $260-$230/month and include all the utilities (electricity and water), fast internet WIFI, home telephone, gas for kitchen ovens, washing machine and a weekly cleaning service.
