Hello, My name is Molly. We are a nice family of four. Our house is very clean and cozy. No pets, no smoking in the house. We have a nice sunny backyard that is very pleasant to sit and enjoy yourself , especially during the summer months as it is sunny, private and well kept. We speak English as first language. I personally speak Spanish as well. We offer a private room, semi private bathroom. We live in New Westminster, very close to bus stops and Skytrain (subway) stations. It is very easy to commute from my place to anywhere in Vancouver. We are located close to elementary, high schools and Douglas College. A library is just two blocks away. There is a mall and grocery store within walking distance and plenty of local stores and restaurants for all tastes and budgets. We had a student living with us twice. She enjoyed our company, our house and felt right at home according to her own words. We remain friends and keep in touch on a regular basis. We would like to be host to a student.
