Hi, We are an experienced host and we are a lovely family who loves to help students and new immigrants. The house is fairly new, one of a kind and very modern. We would like to welcome international students to stay with us, having been able to experience first hand what it is like to come to a foreign country. We know how difficult it is hence we would be very glad to help make your stay as comfortable and worthwhile. Every bedroom has its own bed, study table, chair, lamp, own closet and own washroom with free Wi-Fi access. There is laundry on ground level. We have a huge living and dining rooms and a theatre room if you love to watch TV or movies. We also have a patio sunroom which showcases our gym, sauna and hot tub. Other than English, we have Filipino roots so we speak the language sometimes. We have 3 bedrooms available- each for single occupancy. The home is situated 5-7 mins to bus stop. It is walking distance to Belmont, Alice Brown, Simmonds Elementary Schools, Langley Fundamental and Middle, Langley Secondary and Brokswood Secondary School, etc. It is a bus ride to Kwantlen Langley Campus, Langley Flying School, etc. If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a message and will respond to you as soon as possible.
