Spacious 6 bedroom home in Garden Grove, California. Conveniently located in the heart of Orange County. It is 15 minutes to Disneyland and 40 minutes to LAX, minutes from Huntington Beach. Near UCI, Cal State Fullerton & Long Beach, OCC, Santa Ana College, Orange Coast College, Goldenwest College Looking to host an nice international student (F-1 visa). We are a very clean and quiet Vietnamese-American family so expect the same from the future roommate. No drugs or smoking. There are 4 of us, so there are extra space for one more. You will have your own room and bed included if you would like. Duration of stay is certainly negotiable. Amenities: Community heated pool and jacuzzi. Home was built in 2014 in a safe gated community in Garden Grove. We are open to hosting High School or College students.
