We are ivana and fabio, both argentinian citizens, easy going people, we are a young couple and we've been together since we started with this project about 3 years ago, we rebuilt, design and manage the house by ourself, we are quiet and respectful people. We have Double and Single room available for travelers and students, house and furniture brand new. Best Location at san telmo touristic neighbourhood very charming people at a good environment, relax and cozy. Our house has 350 square meters, a private environment that features huge and comfortable common spaces; three living room a very big kitchen to cook with friends (fully equipped) two big refrigerators, one big freezer, three bathrooms divided by gender, master larger bath with jacuzzi and hydromassage,gaming console, two led TV, two vintage sound system,DVD player. the patio is very large, beautiful colonial style with tables and hammock, musical instruments and games such as football, ping pong professional table, chess,etc. Also a saloon for exercising or dance.the house has a very nice vintage and antique decoration ,some of the pieces are unique. the whole house is really confortable to relax and spend time. The price includes all the utility , such as wi fi , cleaning room service and personal laundry. The rooms have everything you need such as cooling fan or stove, the beds are brand new. We ask for a refundable deposit as guarantee, please consult.
