My husband and I have a lovely home on the north end of Capitol Hill. We do not have children so we enjoy having visiting scholars live with us. We are 10 minutes from both the University of Washington, Seattle University and Seattle Central College by bus. City University and Kaplan University are both about 20 minutes by bus. The #49 bus is one block away from our house. We are quite close to South Lake Union and downtown Seattle. We have a nice room and a guest bath you would share with one other student. We provide breakfast food which you would prepare yourself and dinner which I prepare Monday-Friday. Weekends we would have food for you but you may need to prepare it. We have a very playful cat. We enjoy showing our beautiful city to our Homestay students and enjoy learning about other cultures. We do not allow smoking and appreciate someone who is responsible, friendly, respectful of others and keeps their space clean.
