Female homeowner and her dog have a lovely, cosy, quiet 3 bedroom home located in St. Catharines to share with 1 female student. Fully furnished room with twin bed, desk, closet with shelves, bureau. Suitable for a quiet, female student. Huge wrap around deck to enjoy during warm months. Exclusive use of downstairs bathroom that has shower. Laundry facilities, linens provided, meals included. Short walk to major bus route. Lovely treed neighbourhood. Close to parks, downtown, 8 min walk to library and aquatic centre. Non smoking only. Must be comfortable with small, older dog (Boston Terrier - 12.5 years old). I have had ESL training for overseas but never formally taught. Have many ESL books if extra help in learning English is needed. Contact me for photos of room.
