Dates are flexible, lease can be extended ...We are a family of three, my son is 27 and works as a paramedic and lives with me , my daughter lives in BC attending medical school. I am offering a bedroom and a shared washroom. The bedroom has a bed, dresser, desk and closet. You have full use of the house and washer & dryer. We have unlimited wifi and all utilities are incl. We live in a quiet, safe neighbourhood that is a 5 minute walk to Maxwell Heights SS, 10 minute bus ride to Durham College/UOIT. The Harmony North bus terminal is a 5 minute walk that will take you anywhere in Durham including Go Train & Via stations. We are a 5 minute walk to Big Box stores and the Legends Centre which has a pool, skating, walking track, fitness centre & a huge library. We are a 15 minute walk to a conservation area with trails. My home is smoke free. I look forward to hearing from any students interested in this area.
