We are a friendly and professional family, live with our son who is a undergraduate in the university. We have lots of indoor and outdoor fun and nice atmosphere, while we put education on the top priority. We offer a large bright modern bedroom with its own private bathroom on the ground level, furnished with desk, double bed, large closet, use of laundry room and includes high speed wireless internet. Our house is located in a quiet , safe, very convenient and high-level neighbourhood, walking distance to Port Moody Second School, bus stop is right out front of the house, minutes to Simon Fraser University (SFU), Skytrain station, Coquitlam College, Douglas College, Lougheed shopping center. We provide three meals a day. No Smoke, No Drug, and No Pet. We have hosted PMSS/SFU/CC students, each one of them had a great and enjoyful time when living with us.
