Hello! We are a lovely family from Peru. Our family has 4 members: Eliana (49), Gonzalo (50), Alexia (26) andYared (19). Our younger daughter is studying in Canada and we are renting her room for a full year! We live in one of the safest areas of Lima: Santiago de Surco. We are 10 min away from the biggest mall in the city ( Jockey Plaza) as well as Universidad de Lima. UPC and ESAN are 15 min from our house (walking) Our home is located right in front the bus stop and there are 2 gyms, a grocery shop and a church at 10 min (walking distance) from here. We live in a very commercial block; you’ll have banks, pizza places, starbucks and many things available and overall you’ll have a very comfortable room. The room includes: a 2 sized bed, 2 little tables on each side, a cupboard& closet for your clothes, and a desk with a chair. TV is included with cable and wifi (24 hours). Shared Bathroom & hot water. Laundry is included. We’ll clean your room every week. The service with 3 meals is: $850 (breakfast, lunch and dinner) With two meals: $750 (breakfast and dinner) Languages spoken: Spanish and English (Alexia & Eliana) Smoking is not allowed We are very excited to host a student. Our daughter has stayed with host families in Canada and we are aware of the needs you’ll have. We’ll make you feel comfortable, at home and have so much fun with us.
