Welcome to our centrally located house in Madrid. In our house you´ll find my wife Cristina, my 16-year old son, Daniel and me, Carlos. If you have the intention of having a complete immersion in a Spanish-speaking environment, this is definitely your place. We love meeting people all around the world, we are really welcoming and caring. My wife is a good cook and we speak a lot and do lots of things together. We offer a free wifi connection, fully equipped bathroom for you alone, a big room with a double window and superb views, 2 meals included, cable tv and all the amenities you expect to find in a house of the metropolis. In the autumn and winter we spend most of the evenings at home helping our son to study. You can decide to be with us or enjoy your room. The house is just 4-minutel walk to the nearest central metro and bus station in Moncloa. There is a huge park 100 metre far from our house to practise jogging, cycling or just walking. We live very close to the Palacio Real de Madrid and the "Madrid de Los Austrias" so if you love sightseeing, you´ll have the chance to visit all these places. The room that we offer is so big that we give accommodation for 2 people. The price announced is for only 1 person. If we had 2 candidates, the price per person would be reduced considerately. If you make up your mind, you won´t regret it. We hope to receive you soon.
