Welcome to our home in located Riverdale New York City right outside Manhattan. My house has three floors with spacious rooms and a backyard. We are a short 5 minute walk to the subway, restaurants, and shops. Van Cortland park is near us, where you can run, hike, golf and enjoy the park. Commute into Manhattan is quick and easy. The neighborhood is very safe and desired among New York residents. We are happy to host students wanting to study in New York and experience our city. I am a life time New York Resident with vast knowledge of city. I work for the City and my wife works in HR for a Corporation.
