Hello, I have a beautiful, fully furnished home in a great location. I'm located just 3-minute walking distance to a train stop where the Commuter Rail takes only 20 minutes to South Station in Boston. Wellesley is an upscale, beautiful town, with many nearby restaurants, cafes, gyms, parks, colleges etc. The rooms I have available are a comfortable single room and a descent-sized room shared by 2 guests. The single room has a private bathroom while the shared room with a shared bathroom. The rate is $1200/mo per person for a single room, $1100/mo per person for the shared room. There is free use of washer and dryer once a week and free WiFi. The kitchen can be shared but with very limited stove top use. I have a non smoking house, to keep the house clean and healthy.
