Why live in an ordinary apartment when you can have your own, private suite in an historic house? I have a private, two-room suite available in a private wing of my historic house that is available for one person with no pets. The suite has a private bath with shower, a walk-in closet, a desk and a private sitting room. You'll have full use of the common areas, plus there is freshly brewed coffee every morning in the butler's pantry. It's like living in a bed and breakfast! I (owner) have lived here for 12 years and work a lot. The other housemate who lives on the opposite side of house works a lot also. We are looking for one housemate for this two-room suite in its own wing. All three suites are so far from each other, that each person feels like they have the house to themselves. You will have total privacy (and full use of the common areas), but others are around to share the bills and provide peace of mind if you happen to travel for your job.
