Hello, I am a professional with two adult children (21 and 22) and am looking for an international student to rent a room in our house. We live 8km from UOIT and Durham College in a nice, residential neighborhood. You must love animals as we have four small dogs. Your WiFi and all utilities will be included. The room has a large desk, bed, space for clothes. We could get a small fridge, if required. We can discuss food/meals which may affect price. You could share the living space and use of laundry with our family.
