Hello and welcome! I have one furnished bedroom in the basement available. There is a separate entrance to the basement. Female student preferred. Some meals can be negotiated, but there is a kitchen where you can also cook your own meals. We are walking distance to many stores (grocery, clothing and furniture) and a hospital is 5 minutes away. There is a bus stop around the corner that will get you downtown and to Brock University. If you are attending Niagara College, you will need a car and there is parking in the driveway or in front of the house. I am a teacher and can help you learn the language.
