I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished house, I would like to find a student that would like to come to the USA, SC and go to School, I would like to be a host and would like the experience of enjoying the different cultures. I have a French Canadian lovely lady tenant and would like to find an exchange student for a fully furnished bedroom private and use of the House to enjoy with us. I am semi retired and was a professional real estate title closer, I loved to travel and experience other cultures so it would be very enjoyable to find an exchange student. I have Hillcrest H.S. within 2 miles of my home also not far Bob Jones University, Furman University, and I can drive the student to school.
