I am a Professional Matured Female. I hosts International Students at my 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium that I reside located in an upscale neighborhood. My home is a Non-Smoking and No Pets House, therefore, no smoking and no pets are allowed. My children are grown and they live in a separate State. The fee offer is per person and includes continental light breakfast, Cable TV and High Speed internet. The Building has 24/7 Security, Manned Concierge Desk, Swimming Pool, Pool Table, 24/7 Gym, and within walking distance to Shops and Grocery Stores. The building is surrounded by Five Marta Train Stations. We are located within few miles radius of the Atlanta Popular Lenox Square Mall and Phipps Plaza. Every other request is negotiable.
