Canadian Homestay – We are a working couple who can speak fluent English. We have a clean, safe, friendly home! We have one private bedroom with a comfortable double bed, desk and chair and wardrobe and a separate bathroom = $1100 CAD/mth Private WASHROOM FREE Unlimited Wi-Fi High Speed Internet included! Laundry service in house included - no charge for laundry detergent, dish/hand soaps, tissues, paper towels, all included. one meal included. Microwave, Hot water kettle and fridge available in kitchen. No children living in house, no smoking - enjoy a friendly, quiet study environment :) A very calm, friendly, well-trained chocolate Labrador and Golden retriever live with us. They will be on a separate floor most of the time. House is in safe upscale neighborhood. We live close to some of the most beautiful hikes and trails in the Niagara region. We are a 40 minute drive from Niagara falls, 20 minute bus ride to Mohawk College and 15 minute car drive to McMaster University. 5 minute walk down the road, there is a grocery store and bus station and we are a 15-20 minutes walk to banks, restaurants, coffee shops and outlet mall.
