We are offering a heated bedroom and bathroom for 530.00 a month. This includes free wifi, cable TV, use of second driveway, kitchen use (including fridge, stove, microwave, etc), as well as use of laundry facilities. We are located approximately 5-10 minutes away from the University of Prince Edward Island by car. We are centrally located from shopping and entertainment. We do not allow for pets, or smoking. We are a family of four, with two children attending the University of Prince Edward Island.
