Monthly fee is $900 Canadian dollars. This isckudes meals. We live next to a main bus depot. Walking distance to UPEI, bus stop, gas station, 2 pharmacies, restaurants, bakery, coffee shops and major bank. I live with my 2 adult children. We have 4 cats and 2 small dogs all are very friendly. You will have a bedroom and attached sitting room, included is doublebed with bed linens and comforter, desk & chair, dresser and closet, cable tv, mini fridge, mixroeave, toaster oven and coffee maker along with plates bowls mugs glasses and cutlery. There are 2 rental tooms on the second floor with a shared bathroom. You will also have full use of the main kitchen and laundry room in basement. There are bicycles here for your use and rent includes heat hot water lights cable tv and Wi-Fi. Free laundry as well.
