We have 3 people that live in our 4 bedroom house. My son & his father live in the basement. The room for rent is upstairs on the main floor. TV & internet are included. My son is 21 years old & loves sports, he will be attending his second year of college at Edmonds Community College. We live about 2 miles from Edmonds Community College. I will cook 5-6 dinners a week. All other meals prepared by student if he/she would like to eat at home. No smoking allowed. We are close to Lynnwood and live 2 blocks from bus line for transportation. Don't have pics posted yet, still working on getting the room ready.
