We are a happy, loving upper-class family with two parents, children, and a cat. Our house is 5,000 sqft and is in a luxury gated community (private security). It is an upper-class neighborhood in a very safe location. There are private community tennis courts, swimming pools, and hiking trails. Outside your bedroom, you will see our private family orchard and a 2-acre garden. Every day is like spring or summer, the sunshine is bright, and the air is always fresh. Transportation is very convenient: 5 min to the golf course, 20 min to Disneyland, and 40 min to the beach. Most importantly, our home is located in a school district that is ranked 10/10 in the whole United States for its elementary, middle, and high schools. There are also private, high-quality Christian schools. Nearby colleges include the Claremont Colleges, Cal Poly Pomona, Mt. San Antonio College, and language schools. Our oldest kid is studying at a prestigious college in Boston, Massachusetts and our other sons are in middle school. Our family enjoys visual arts, athletics, gourmet cuisine, and traveling! We appreciate experiencing different cultures through their cuisine, language, history and more. We speak English, the mother can speak Chinese (Mandarin). For children in high school or younger, we can cover transportation to and from the airport, meals, and transportation to and from school, Based on the child's age and school grade year, the price for different amenities is negotiable.
