WELCOME INTERNATIONAL FRIENDS!! 你好 寄宿家庭提供 Room(s) available in English-speaking family home for International student(s). We live in a great area (safe & quiet) -- With community pools/spas We have accommodated homestay students for the past 7 years. You will speak a lot of English in our home and have an opportunity to learn about American culture. This is a homestay type environment so the monthly fee of $1600 is for a private single room (twin bed), with a not shared bathroom, OR the monthly fee of $1700 is for a private master suite (queen bed). RIDES ARE PROVIDED for high school students, to and from school, standard high school student hours. Guardianship services are available. STUDENTS WELCOME Other services offered: child school enrollment, Breakfast is continental but not always made for you. Dinner is always homecooked - students have an open mind trying all types of dish. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, big closet, desk, high speed, wireless internet, and all utilities are included (water, gas, heat and electricity), kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher are provided as needed.
