3 mins to Edmonds Community College we have a 3 bedroom condo that is remodeled, smells and looks new - 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. All for students. The students will have to keep the place clean and maintained, and live like adults - no noise - very quiet neighborhood. Will prefer not to have complaints about you. Keep the place as clean as you saw it, so the next student will have a wonderful time also. You will be responsible for your meals for the most part, but we are happy to assist people adjust to life in the USA, by helping with meals once in a while. I and my wife are immigrants, and equipped to help new people to the country. We could house some students in our house also, and meal will be provided there.
