Hello! We live in a REAL Korean House! Not apartment. We are a mixed family. I am American and hubby is Korean. We have two floors, 6 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a garden. Most of the first floor is used as office by hubby and his staff. On first floor we have 1 room available. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen. We have two dogs and 1 cat. Cat lives on the second floor. If you smoke, please smoke outside in the garden area. Near us are two subway stations Line 9 Gaehwa Station and Line 5 Gaehwasan station. Also Gimpo airport station for Lines 9, 5 and Airport Line is just couple minutes by bus or car. There are many bus stops and bus terminal near us. Our house is truly unique experience, especially if you want to live like a real Korean. Please send us your details. We are looking forward to short term homestay. We would like to communicate with you first before agreeing on the homestay. Monthly it is 840,000won. Or per day it's 30,000 won. We prefer one to two week homestay guests^^. We offer for your convenience Rice, Ramyun, Coffee and Tea. We often have friendly dinners together, we are very friendly and have been hosts of guests since last year. Some house rules. Please inform us of your coming and going via text message. If you like to invite a friend please ask us first. If you will be going out for more than a day please inform us of your plans. We are a homestay family and not a guesthouse. Please clean up after yourself if you used something. Don't make loud noises. Smoking outside in the garden. Laundry is done by me every weekend. If uncomfortable you are welcomed to do your own laundry. We will not go into your room and we respect that you do the same. Be respectful and friendly^^ Extras we happy to offer! Unlimited play time with dogs and cat! I would be happy to give you tour of Seoul best tourist places and show you some hidden jems as well. Cultural experience. Included in the room. Bed Vanity Mirror with small drawer and stool. Clothes Hanger. Blanket, bed sheet and pillow. Curtains. Lamp (optional) Extra upon request: Full wall sized bookshelf/clothes shelf. Dry rack for drying clothes. (These items can be moved into your room if you need them, free. They are just located in a different room right now) Excited and happy to hear from all!^^
