I am in my 60's now and all but one of my children are out of the home and on their own. I have a fairly large home. There is an in ground pool & spa in the back yard. I have one 4 lb. indoor, hypoallergenic dog. I live a busy life style, attending church, community and other social activities. There is no smoking allowed on the property, no drugs or alcohol use, either. The neighborhood has ample access to public and private transportation. I have been hosting students for 6 years.
