Also great for any High Tech Co-Op or or Co-op Students Spacious Rooms (room sizes: 14.' x 12.5' approx) All Hardwood Floors and Security System with Fire, Smoke, and Carbon Monoxide Detectors. Located at Terry Fox drive. This is a quiet family neighborhood, in an Ottawa suburb. No over night guests allowed and no parties No Smoking, no Alcohol no Drugs Rent is $800.00 month Includes light Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Available in August 2017 or The date to be discussed Includes: All your Utilities (Heat, Hydro, Water, Central A/C, unlimited High Speed Internet - wifi, and small storage area in basement for bike etc ) You have your own private Bathroom to be shared with another Roommate. The common area's in the home where you and the other roommate(s) will have shared access to; the Kitchen with Dishwasher and cooking utensils, Eating area has table and chairs, a powder room on the main floor, Backyard with a deck, and laundry located in the basement.
