We have a lovely, 1,000 sq ft apartment above our garage that we would love to share with two international students. It is a new apartment above our huge, detached garage right next to our home. It has a full kitchen, bath, laundry, etc. It is in a lovely neighborhood & a wonderful home with stunning Lake Washington & Olympic Mountain views and a greenbelt in the backyard. Great location at the north end of Lake Washington - close to Seattle, Shoreline, Bothell, Lynnwood, Lake Forrest Park & Kirkland. Bus line near by as well as access to hiking in the parks, watersports in Lake Washington, biking on the Burke Gilman trail, etc. My husband works in technology & I am a stay at home mom of a 5 & 8 year old. Our lives are busy, but we would love to help you have an immersive, wonderful experience in Washington. We would love to show you around and have family meals on occasion, but you would mostly be on your own for meals & transportation. :-) I can drive you one or two times a week to go grocery shopping, etc. We can discuss transportation if taking the bus is a problem.
