I am looking for a respectful, responsible - Home Stay Student. Or someone here on a holiday or business trip. There is one nice bright furnished room for rent in my home - including a bed closet, desk, lamp, and bookshelf with a south facing window. I live in, sunny White Rock, BC the house is located very centrally. This is a very safe and beautiful area to live. My home is located right on a bus route so travel is easy anywhere in the lower mainland - only 45 minutes to Vancouver. It is an easy 5 minute walk downhill to the beach or the forest, or 10 minutes to walk to uptown White Rock with restaurants, libraries and shops.. I have been hosting International students for several years and enjoy experiencing new cultures, The students have become good friends. I can assist with the English language as I have tutored ESL students. I have a beautiful friendly dog, he is a Golden Retriever who loves people. Internet, laundry, utilities included.
