Dear Guests, My husband and I are experienced hosts in London and would like to invite you to stay with us when you visit London. .We would like to host guests from around the world. We live in a beautiful, well maintained countryside home in the Romford, London. It is located in a very safe and convenient area with very good transportation links to all parts of the country. Our well ventilated, clean, spacious home consists of 6 bedrooms with plenty of natural day light and a well maintained garden. We offer short term and long term accommodation to holiday makers, international students and long stayers. Conveniences: - 2 minutes walk to the bus stop. - 12 minutes walk to the train station or there are buses available. - Walking distance to 24 Hour Tesco supermarket, Lidl supermarket, shops and parks - Close to shopping malls and countryside shopping areas - Cheap taxi service from the train station if needed. - Very good public transportation service to airports, London and around the country. Other information - - Long stay (more than 30 days) is charged on a monthly rate - rates to be discussed Short term rates : - Shared Family room upto 3 guests- UKP 25 per person per night - Double room for 2 - UKP 30 per person per night - Double room for single occupancy - UKP 40 per person per night - Single room - UKP 30 per person The following are included: - Furnished rooms - Bed linen - Towels - Use of the kitchen for light cooking including utensils, cutlery and crockery etc. - storage in the kitchen & fridge freezer - Bills included - Wifi - Light breakfast - self service * English lessons if required are offered on completion on an assessment at an additional charge. * Airport pickup can be arranged if needed at a separate cost.
