We have a private furnished bedroom with full size bed available with a shared bathroom There is a gourmet kitchen and the homestay includes laundry room and full kitchen privileges. Coffee or tea is included in the homestay price. Our home offers a quiet clean and friendly family atmosphere. Its located 5 miles from Calif. State University, Long Beach City College located 1.5 miles, Long Beach Airport located 1.5 miles. There is a TV with free cable service and Netflix in the Living Room, WiFi free, wireless internet access throughout the house. There is a laundry room is shared. It is a safe quiet and friendly environment for the serious minded student. We do have a dog that stays outside. We live in a wonderful neighborhood with super markets, banks, restaurants, and public transportation within walking distance. The LAX 16 miles from the house. The Freeways 405, 605, 91, 710, 105 close to the house about 5 minutes distance.
