Hi Everybody! My name is Lovella Magbuhat and I provide room rental to International College Students. If you wish to live with students whose main goal is to be successful in college and you are mature, clean, quiet, alcohol/drug/smoke free then welcome to your Home Away from Home ♥️ The monthly rent includes utilities, private furnished room (with bed, pillows, blanket, bed sheets, desk with lamp, chair, shelvings, and a closet), High Speed Internet, washer/Dryer, Kitchen, 5 full size refrigerators, rice cooker, microwave, air fryer, toaster, etc. There is a common area with a big screen TV, 3 sofas, plenty of tables and chairs, Outside BBQ grill, side patio, gazebo, and a ping-pong table. Only 2 minutes walk is a bus stop to Shoreline Community College and North Seattle Community College. Only 7 minutes walk is a Rapid E-Line bus stop to Downtown Seattle and bus routes to ALPS, ELS, Kaplan, UW, Seattle Central CC, etc. Nearby is the Light Rail Link (train) for easy commute to and from the Airport. Students say they Love our Location because we are near to Everything they need! 5 minutes walk is a Shopping Plaza! There you will find a Big Asian Family Market with Food Courts (Rain Cafe, Niku Niku Japanese BBQ, Hong Kong Dim Sum, Kiki Bakery, Chinese Restaurant). There is an American Market called Sprouts, Home Goods, LA Fitness, Hobby Lobby, Jersey Mikes, Thai Streetfood, KFC, Ivars Seafood. Emerald Smoothies, and a Costco is opening soon, etc. Across the street from the Shopping Plaza is Starbucks, Amazon Fresh Grocery, Pho/Teriyaki, Burger King, Donut/Ice Cream Shop, Ross Clothing Store, Planet Fitness, etc. Also nearby is Krispy Creme, Jack in the box, and a selection of many International Restaurants. And if you like the outdoors, nearby is a lake with tennis courts and a bike trail. A few minutes walk is a neighborhood indoor swimming pool. Currently accepting International Students ages 18-28. We check College Enrollment verification (Passport/F-1 Visa or I-20, Current College ID/Registration).
