No smoking, no drinking and very clean and well organized man. No drug, no dog no cat or loud music allowed. No overnight company, no guess after 10 pm until 7 am daily, weekend might be easy on. nice and quiet neighborhood, easy to access to supermarket, transportation. Will include meals (Asian, American), free internet, wifi, washing clothes 2 times (max) per week. Use your own private bath room. Can use all appliances, furniture in the house but have to keep maintain for everyone. Fast internet, free wifi, parking easy if having a car. Accept female students from Asia and Europe country only. Weekend can go out with me if you want to explore where you are living at. $1200/ month if included meals or $800 no meals.
