PingPong Home: FURNISHED ROOM AVAILABLE- March 01, 2025 We have one (1) well-furnished, clean room with a bed, desk, dresser & closet. Available renting 01 March 2025! – Rent rates at Canadian Currency. This room is at $890 (CAD) per month with a minimum of a 3-month stay, long term rental is welcome. (Deposit: half of month rent = $445). We have different nationalities tenants, and we are communicating in ENGLISH. We are sharing cleaning and household work. The room is on the main floor, has an ample windows looking out to the back garden. Share a bathroom with one tenant. All included: high-speed WIFI, laundry, electricity, water, gas, furniture, water filtration system for both hot & icy cold good water, basic cooking supplies. Tenants have their shared fridges that are separated from the host, ample space to store food and beverages. Strictly no-smoking, no drugs, no pets, no party, no loud music, no sublet and no guest stayover. Smoking outside the house is okay. Our house is conveniently located close to Holdom Avenue and Broadway in Burnaby BC Canada in a very quiet, nice, safe and convenient area and neighborhoods. It is close to: • Holdom Skytrain station is 5 minutes’ walk • To Metrotown in 25 minutes SkyTrain • Bus to Simon Fraser University in 30 minutes • Skytrain to Production Way Station then Bus to Simon Fraser University in 30 minutes • Skytrain to Amazing Brentwood/Brentwood Town Centre Station then Bus to BCIT in 20 minutes • Skytrain to Downtown in 30 minutes • Skytrain to Douglas College New Westminster in 30 minutes • 1 block away from Food Market and restaurants • Save-On-Foods / Whole Food / Brentwood Mall / Fitness Centre in 15 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes Skytrain We are looking for nice, clean, respectful and responsible tenant, ideal for a student or working professional.
