HOMESTAY FOR FEMALE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT - YONGE & FINCH (NORTH YORK / TORONTO)
Student coming from China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea, Vietnam and Philippines
Safe and quiet neighbourhood, TTC bus stop at the corner, step to subway station and Finch Bus Terminal (Go / YRT / Viva Transits), walk to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, schools, walk-in clinic, etc.
One bus ride to York University, UOT Institute and Seneca College (about 30min), one subway ride to UOT St. George Campus and George Brown College (50-60min).
The unit is on the ground floor of a condominium so you don't need to wait for the elevator.
YOUR ROOM:
Very nice and clean, with large windows, lots of sunshine to cheer you up in the morning. It comes fully furnished (new bed & mattress, new night stand & chest drawer, study table & chair, built-in closet)
ROOM RENT PER MONTH:
US$950 / CAD$ 1250 (meals are NOT included) (if wish to include 3 meals plus US$550 / CAD$750)
At least one year contract
Free unlimited WIFI, all utilities included, share 2 washrooms, free housekeeping once a week
HOUSE RULE:
> No drugs, no smoking, no alcohol, no dogs (as per building management)
> Laundry during weekends
> Visitors can be met at condo lobby lounge area
> No cooking allowed but can use micro oven to warm food
> Curfew time 9:00 pm (high school) 10:00 pm (university) - strictly no overnight stay outside
> Always clean up after each use of bathroom
> Wash your own dishes
> Perishable food shall not to be kept inside your room

Mother and adult daughter, neat, caring individuals and respectful of your privacy, can speak English / Mandarin / Min-nan / Tagalog languages.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
(1) Proof of school admission
(2) Passport for ID purpose
(3) Guarantor or co-signer living in Canada
