2 Rooms available in a nice and safe quiet cul-de-sac area. Located between Lomita, Torrance and Rolling Hills area. Walking distance to Rolling Hills Plaza, near line 232 METRO, line 5 & 10 Torrance Transit. 5 to 10 minute drive to Los Angeles Harbor College & El Camino College. Private room is fully furnished located on the 2nd floor, Utilities and High Speed Internet are included in the rent. Plenty of street parking available day and night. Restroom is shared and kept clean. Each room includes a small safe and key to room lock for privacy. Laundry machine is available for use in our home, there is a small fee to use our laundry machine, please ask. No meals included, you may however cook your own meals and use a small area in the refrigerator if you like to. Our family has hosted students from El Camino college, Language System International School and EF International School's for over 10 years. We speak English, but sometimes we also speak Spanish. Our 2 story home consists of 3 family members, a couple and one son. Our home has a pool which you may use in the summer time and large patio in the rear. No smoking or DRUGS inside our home. No pets allowed in our home.
