Hello, We are a family of four, myself and 3 college aged boys. We are located 1 mile from CSUF and 3 blocks from Valencia High School in a quite cul-de-sac with gated courtyard. The room has a comfortable full size bed, desk, nightstand, Roku smart television, toaster, coffee maker, and Wi-fi. I have 3 dogs that stay outside, and one cat that stays in my room.
