Hi, We are a family of three (my son, husband, and myself). We are looking for an independent female who works or is a student. My house is located by Scholls and Murray. It Is a beautiful area near Safeway, 24 hour fitness, Walgreen, Starbucks, library, plant fitness, many restaurants. I have a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms, big kitchen, backyard. You will have your private bedroom and will be sharing the bathroom with my son. My son goes to PCC currently and is planing to transfer to PSU soon. He is very kind and respectful to others. We are open and excited to learn about different cultures. The rent is $700 with utilities and internet, meals are not included (you are more than welcome to use kitchen and kitchen utensils).
