Our residence is in Irvine, CA in the exclusive community of Woodbury and is ideal for students attending Northwood High, Beckman High, Portola High, University High, Jeffrey Trail Middle, Sierra Vista Middle, Crean Lutheran High School or colleges such as IVC, Concordia University, Soka University, and UCI. We have 3 grown-up daughters who have all moved out and started lives of their own. My wife and I have been hosting students for many years and we like to provide a welcoming and positive home environment. Our daughters grew up playing musical instruments and we have a piano at home. The home is 4,200 sq. ft. and has 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms. The private community includes the following amenities: hiking trails, biking trails, swimming pools, parks, shopping centers, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc. Services we provide: Airport pick up/drop off Transportation is available Healthy home-cooked meals, Trader Joe's is within walking distance Laundry is on site Tutoring Cleaning Weekend outings to surrounding attractions If you would like to explore the surrounding area we are 1 mile away from the 5-freeway. A bus stop is also available within a 5 minute walk from the house. OCTA bus 167 goes directly to IVC and UCI. Distance from our residence: Los Angeles International Airport: 47 miles Irvine Metrolink Station: 5 miles Via train, it is very easy to access to places such as San Diego, & Hollywood. Also conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment at the Woodbury Center, Market Place & Irvine Spectrum.
