Welcome to beautiful Victoria! I have a room available as of May 1, 2023. The room is on the main floor and has a big window, a comfortable bed, a desk and chair, nightstand, dresser and closet. Wifi, laundry, and all utilities are included in the rent. You have access to the kitchen and kitchen equipment to prepare your meals. There are two bathrooms so you would have one bathroom mostly to yourself. Over the last 10 years I have enjoyed hosting students from Korea, China, France and Germany. English is my primary language; I also speak a little German and French. My home is centrally located within a 20 minute walk to downtown, Camosun College (Lansdowne campus) Oak Bay recreation centre (swimming pool, gym, tennis court and skating rink) and Hillside shopping mall.
