We’re a friendly couple with 3 small dogs in a townhome minutes from DIA in Green Valley Ranch, and we have a room for rent for $650/month that is fully-furnished. There’s currently a friendly housemate who rents the other room. Our home is a 25 minute walking distance to A line train station at 61st and Pena Blvd. Bus 45 is just under 10 minutes walking distance. We live in a residential neighborhood with easy access to 1-70. We welcome a student or working professional. House is fully-furnished and price includes internet, utilities, access to the kitchen and common areas, use of washer/dryer.
