I am Helen , live in Beijing. Shunyi is a district near airport. My home is clean, warm, friendly, and I can speak English. It has 3 bedrooms/1 living room/1 washing room/ 1 shower room and 1 dinner room. One Room can be occupied by you, and facilities in other rooms are shared with you. Rate is 450USD$/Month, as USD$ can't be used in China, So pls pay by Chinese Yuan. 3000 CNY/Month. If you want to rent by day, Pls pay 120CNY/Day, if need pickup service, pls pay 100CNY one time. I and my husband work from Monday to Friday, and we rest in weekend. We have 2 sons, older boy is 11 years old, younger boy is 5 years old, they go to school from 7:30am to 4：30 pm from Monday to Friday. There is a park near neighborhood.
