We are a very lovely family looking for domestic or international students sharing our beautiful home. the host is a specialist for college consulting over 20 years, the hostess is a certified accountant , and we have a 13- years-old junior high school boy. the home tucked on Raymond Hills, one of the best area in Fullerton with a sweeping panoramic views of city lights, Disneyland fireworks, Catalina Island... Large backyard with basketball court and surrounded by lush mature landscaping. the many local amenities include: easy freeway access ; the train station - 2 miles; dining and entertainment option in downtown Fullerton - 1.9 miles; Downtown Brea and Brea Mall 3 miles; Disneyland 5.3 miles; Anaheim Stadium - 5.9 miles; the Outlets at Orange - 9 miles; South Coast Plaza - 15miles; Newport Beach - 22 miles; Also nearby 4 parks, Chino Hills State Park and Fullerton Loop for outdoor activities include hiking and MTB. We close to Top-Ranked Troy High School and Acacia Elementary School (walking distance less than 15 mins); Cal State Fullerton (Walking distance); Fullerton State College; short distance to Fairmont Preparatory High School on Sequoia Anaheim; Servite High School and /or Orange County Christian School. Our spacious home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 rooms for rent: One is on downstairs aprx. 150 sqft with a separate private bathroom and a separate entrance; the room has a large window that gets plenty of sunlight during the day with delightful greens which made you happy and relax. Second rent room on upstairs, size aprx. 200 sqft, with a private double sink Jack & Jill bathroom, bedroom with a balcony and French Sliding door. Currently with a queen and full size memory foam bed + writting desk. large closet with separate shelves for storage; Smoking permitted only backyard. What we provide: - guardianship (release required from the parent(s )for any student under 18, Fee extra). - Free high school & College application consulting (tutoring available for charge) - transportation to and from school and some school-related activities for each high school students to Fairmont, Servite, and/or Orange County Christian High Schools - caring and welcoming environment where a student can study and advance in their knowledge of English and the culture - breakfast and dinner, Monday through Friday, 3 meals on weekend. - Family activities including holiday domestic and international travel (travel expenses extra) - free drive-way parking for those that drive their own cars. Rent is due/payable to the host in cash/US dollars at the commencement of each fiscal month. Downstairs room rent will be $1900 with private bathroom; upstairs rent is $1800 with a double sink private Jack & Jill bathroom; $200 room cleaning fee required; $300 security deposit for breakage and damage, is refundable if room is left in good condition.
